At FLI we have developed an innovative way to fabricate trusses using our unique FLI braces. Our brace elements require no welding, making them quick to fabricate, and the automated process is very accurate. The tubular shape is structurally efficient, reducing the weight. Therefore the material costs are less and installation is easier.

We can offer a bespoke design service if you are looking for something individual or special. These include curved, profiled, pitched, and tapered trusses to express your design in the most effective way. Our designs can support spans up to 36m and factored loads of over 50kN/m (using our double-angle chord design). Uniquely, our bespoke service will include calculating your precise loading conditions so that non-uniformly loaded structures can be optimized to reduce weight and cost. For special projects we will also produce 3D graphical models of your trusses so that you can visualize them in the context of the building.
We can also paint your trusses to any colour for an additional cost.
