Practical-Sailor - Trojan Master Volt AGM Keeps the lights burning

Trojan products were independently tested by the technical staff of the magazine and the results published. Trojan came out with an impressive performance of our Group 27 products and was lauded with comments like "the Group 27 Trojan we tested…smoked every Group 27 battery in our test group and it even went toe-to-toe with the larger Group 31…AGM". (Way to go Trojan!)

Good Old Boat - Systems that work

The author and his wife have been cruising all over the world for eight years in their Ontario 32. They have written an article published in Good Old Boat where they describe "Systems That Work" the article's title. "Our four Trojan golf-car batteries (combined as a single house bank for a capacity of 440 amp hours) have served us well and are still working with no problems after almost seven years of constant use…." (A powerful comment coming from an end user!)

This article speaks about the importance of component selection when thinking of adding an inverter to a boat's system. Discussion about alternators, inverters and batteries is included. Batteries were discussed generally (not mentioning any brands), but, when it came time to show a picture of a battery they chose the Trojan T-105 deep cycle battery that is also mentioned in the caption. (the magazine wanted to show the best!)
